HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
Unless you have a medical sleep disorder, a sleeping problem is not something that needs to be “cured”. Sleep can be encouraged to occur naturally and effortlessly by changing your approach to the elements of your daily life which are not conducive to sleep.
During an initial free consultation, we will begin to explore the sleep challenges you have. We will also discuss which programme is right for you. Then in the first session, should you choose to continue to work with me, we will explore in greater depth.

Many of my clients need only the Sleep Coaching plan but if deeper emotional issues or stress is impacting on sleep then Sleep Coaching plus Hypnotherapy could be right for you. Hypnosis is also a useful tool for habit change. This will be fully explored in your free 30 minute consultation.
