I've been where you are now.

I've been sleep deprived, anxious and unhappy.

My own insomnia was largely stress and anxiety related and was resolved by a combination of hypnotherapy, daily meditation and improved nutrition.

My days of poor sleep feel firmly in the past now and I feel a sense of relief and joy.

My aim is to help you feel the same.

What helped me is not what may help you.

Let's explore together what's impacting on your sleep and work collaboratively to regain that precious feeling of deep and restoring sleep.

I trained as an Integrative Adult Sleep Coach with The International Parenting and Health Institute under its founder Mar DeCarlo. The course consisted of a year’s study of Mar’s Holistic Science of Sleep Method and included 50 hours of clinical work with real clients.

I trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (LCCH).

As well as providing a comprehensive practical training in therapeutic applications of hypnotherapy, the course involved an academic study of the major schools of psychotherapy - cognitive, behavioural, analytical and individual psychology and how to apply the various psychological theories to the hypnotic model.

I was awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the University of West London who worked in collaboration with the LCCH.
