HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
Simply book a free consultation, on the phone or via Zoom, to discuss your sleep challenges. See the Free Consultation Booking on the Homepage. During this consultation, we will discuss which programme suits your needs and I can answer any questions you might have.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
You will be sent a questionnaire to complete prior to your first paid for session. This will include a sleep diary and questions about lifestyle. Once this is returned, I can analyse the responses and discuss them in detail to help create a sleep plan.
DO YOU OFFER REMOTE CONSULTATIONS?
Yes. I offer sessions via Zoom to clients all over the world. I can also see you face to face in Salisbury.
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS AND HYPNOTHERAPY?

WHY DO YOU HAVE TWO PROGRAMMES - ONE WITH ONLY SLEEP COACHING AND ONE WITH ADDITIONAL HYPNOSIS?
Some people have sleep challenges which are connected to behavioural and lifestyle issues whcih respond rapidly to Sleep Coaching. Hypnotherapy is recommended to individuals who have emotional or stress related ssues which impact sleep. During the first free consultation we will discuss which programme is right for you.
WHAT IF I NEED ADDITIONAL SESSIONS AFTER THE PROGRAMME IS FINISHED?
Additional Sleep Coaching or Hypnotherapy sessions are available should a top up be required at a reduced fee of £60 per session within a year of starting the programme ( for the Sleep Coaching and Sleep Coaching Plus programmes only).
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ONLINE SESSIONS?
When you book a programme, you will be taken to a secure payment page and can pay online.
IS A SLEEP COACH MEDICALLY TRAINED?
A sleep coach is not medically trained and I can't give medical advice. I always recommend that individuals, with sleep challenges, should get checked out by a fully trained medical professional to rule out any medical causes.
WHAT SLEEP ISSUES HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINED TO WORK WITH?
With Sleep Coaching I have been trained to work with sleep challenges including Insomnia, Teen sleep issues, Older Adult sleep issues, Chronic Fatigue and more. My Hypnotherapy training also included Pain Management, Trauma Resolution, Anxiety Reduction and other issues which could impact on sleep quality.
